Who We Are

We offer free legal immigration services to people living in poverty and deeply discounted services to people based on their income. Our mission is to help people avoid serious immigration mistakes and find people a pathway to live and work in the United States. If you’re grappling with immigration challenges, we’re ready to help.

If you have a fiancé, spouse, child, parent, child, or sibling that is a U.S. citizen, or a spouse or child that is a green card holder, it is likely that you have a pathway to citizenship. The sooner you start your application process the better.

If you are a worker with at least 2 years of training or work experience, a professional whose job requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or a worker capable of filling positions that require less than two years training or experience, it is likely you have a pathway to citizenship.

Refugee
& Asylum

If you are a refugee or asylee, you likely have a pathway to citizenship. If you are a national or habitually reside in Afghanistan, Burma (Myanmar), Cameroon, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, or Yemen, you likely have a pathway to live in the United States.
